Cancellation requests, where applicable, must be made as soon as possible. Once a service has been used, delivered, started, or consumed (fully or partially)—including access to paid digital content—cancellation may not be possible.
Refund requests are only eligible if submitted within 1 day of the payment date/time. Refund eligibility may also depend on whether the service has already been used, accessed, or delivered (fully or partially).
If approved, refunds may take approximately 20–30 days to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank/payment provider and processing timelines.
